This is a new post created because of the continued growth of our College. We are looking either for an experienced finance manager who wishes to move into the education sector or a full or part-qualified accountant who is looking for career progression. This is a great opportunity to join our successful College team and to contribute to great post-16 education in our region.

The College is an exempt charity, with a strongly pastoral, “can do” culture, where we care for and support each other to enable our students to reach outstanding achievement.

Closely supporting our Finance Director, you will work towards maintaining clean internal and external financial audits, retain “Outstanding” financial health ratings, further streamline financial processes, provide consistent high quality reporting support to our talented education, support and “non-core” delivery managers while managing a committed and highly experienced finance team.

You will have a vocational aspect to your professional approach to work that allows you to be organised, communicative, flexible and proactive, demonstrating initiative in a value driven way to express your professional skills with the same spirit of care and commitment to our College and our students that our staff demonstrate daily.
